Who can become a Golden Lotus Labs partner?
Licensed healthcare providers with a valid NPI number: MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, and licensed medical clinics. All applicants are verified through the CMS NPPES registry before account activation.
How long does account approval take?
Most accounts are reviewed and approved within 1–2 business days after NPI verification. You'll receive an email with portal access and your product catalog once approved.
What documentation comes with my order?
Every order ships with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) from an independent third-party lab. The CoA includes HPLC purity results, mass spectrometry identity confirmation, sterility test results, lot numbers, and expiration dates.
How are products shipped?
All peptide products ship in temperature-controlled packaging with ice packs or dry ice as required. Shipping timelines depend on your location and the products ordered. Most orders ship within 24–48 hours of processing.
Are your peptides from 503A or 503B facilities?
We work with both 503A and 503B licensed compounding pharmacies. Your account manager can advise on which sourcing pathway is appropriate for your specific protocols and practice structure.
What is the current status of BPC-157 and TB-500?
BPC-157 and TB-500 were removed from FDA Category 2 in April 2026. A PCAC hearing is scheduled for July 23–24, 2026. These compounds currently require a patient-specific prescription through a licensed 503A pharmacy. Contact your account manager for current sourcing guidance.
How does ProxiGene™ genetic testing work?
You order saliva collection kits (in-office or direct-to-patient). Patients collect a saliva sample — no blood draw. Samples go to our CLIA-certified lab partner. You receive a 400+ biomarker panel report with protocol insights within 7–10 business days.
What is the Proximity Lab Solution?
The Proximity Lab Solution is a turnkey outsourced lab service. We set up a CLIA-registered lab under your practice's ownership, handle Medicare/insurance credentialing, process non-blood diagnostic tests, and manage all billing and claims. Your practice earns $5K–$15K/month in additional revenue on average.
How do I place an order?
Partner clinic orders are placed through the clinic portal after account activation. Your account manager is also available by email and phone for order coordination, questions, and rush orders.
