Billing Policy

Golden Lotus Labs processes payments through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the full order amount including shipping.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers for orders above $2,500. Payment is due at time of order unless a net-30 term has been established for your account.

Invoicing

Invoices are sent via email upon order confirmation. All invoices include itemized product details, lot numbers, and applicable shipping charges. Please retain invoices for your practice's purchasing records.
