For Brands
Your botanical brand.
Our facility. Your formula.
FDA-registered, cGMP-certified, USDA Organic contract manufacturing for kava, kratom, hemp/CBD, and functional mushroom brands. Low minimum order quantities — so you can launch your idea without committing to warehouse-filling volumes. Custom formulation, white label, and private label available.

Low MOQ Manufacturing
Built for founders,
not just enterprise.
Most contract manufacturers require minimum runs of 10,000–50,000 units before they'll talk to you. That's a barrier that keeps great product ideas on the shelf — literally.
We've built our production lines to serve brands at every stage: the founder testing their first formulation, the DTC brand launching a new SKU, and the established operator scaling a proven product. Our low MOQs mean you validate market demand before committing to large inventory positions.

From Brief to Shelf
A transparent process.
No surprises.
Custom formulations take 16–24 weeks from brief to finished goods. Stock formulations are typically 8–12 weeks. Here is every stage — and what happens inside each one.
Feasibility & Brief
Submit your product vision. We review botanical category, target format, desired actives, regulatory positioning, and timeline. You receive a formal feasibility assessment and quote within 48 hours of your initial inquiry.
Formulation Development
Our R&D team develops your formula from scratch or adapts an existing base. Ingredient interaction analysis, flavor system development, and excipient selection. Custom formulations receive 2–3 pilot iterations before sign-off.
Pilot Batch & Testing
A pilot batch of 10–25 kg validates the formulation at scale. In-process potency testing, physical attribute verification, and stability initiation. You approve the pilot before full production begins.
cGMP Production Run
Full commercial production under 21 CFR Part 111 (dietary supplement GMP) protocols. In-process controls documented at every stage. Dedicated production records for each batch.
QC & Third-Party Testing
Finished goods are tested by an ISO 17025-accredited independent laboratory. Heavy metals (ICP-MS), microbial, potency, pesticides, and residual solvents. No product ships without a clean COA.
Release & Fulfillment
Qualified Product Release by our QA team. Labeled, packaged, and fulfilled to your specification. Full batch documentation and COA delivered digitally. Ongoing stability samples archived for regulatory reference.
Quality & Testing
Nothing ships without
a clean COA.
Every batch is tested at three critical gates: raw material intake, in-process during production, and finished goods before release. Third-party testing is performed exclusively by ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratories — providing regulatory defensibility and consumer-facing transparency.
Your COA is delivered digitally with every order — batch-specific, lab-signed, and QR-code verifiable. Full batch documentation and stability archives are maintained for regulatory reference.
Potency / Active Verification
HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography)
Verifies active compound levels against label claims. Used for cannabinoids, alkaloids, terpenes, and botanical actives.
Heavy Metals
ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry)
Screens for lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury in raw materials and finished goods. USP <232> & <233> compliant.
Microbial Contamination
Total Plate Count, Yeast & Mold, Salmonella, E. coli
Finished goods tested per USP <2021> / <2022> microbial standards before release.
Pesticide Screening
LC-MS/MS multi-residue panel
Screens for 200+ pesticide residues in raw botanical materials. Especially critical for kava, kratom, and hemp supply chains.
Residual Solvents
GC-Headspace
Required for tincture and extract products. Confirms solvent levels below USP <467> limits.
Identity Verification
FTIR / HPTLC
Confirms botanical identity at raw material intake. Prevents adulteration and mislabeling before production begins.
